Thai And Shiatsu Sessions
Traditional Thai massage is different from Western massages as it mainly focuses on circulation and pressure points, which helps promote internal health and heal many symptoms caused from cramped muscles. Unlike typical massages, oil and tables are not used. Instead, you will relax on a very comfortable Thai mat dressed in loose clothing while I work your meridians, release trigger points and give you deep stretches improving your range of motion. Red light and infrared treatment is included.

This massage focuses on areas that are overused and tight based on your sport . Great right after any sporting event, workout or hike!. Post Physical Therapy / Rehabilitation
Jared can continue or even take over your physical therapy based on your Physical Therapist and Dr's recommendations. Jared can often drastically speed up and maximize your results by combining Medical Massage, infrared/red light therapy and Personal Training. Great for stability and regaining range of motion.

Medical Massage / Rehabilitation
Choose Medical Massage for treating a specific injury, chronic or acute. This is not a full body massage. Examples: Whip Lash, Herniated Disks, Vertebral Subluxation, TMJ, Plantar Fasciitis, Trigger Finger, Joint Pain (Knee, Hip, Shoulder), Pelvic Floor Release, Tennis Elbow, Resent Falls, Hernias, Traveling / Radiating Pain, Numbness and Tingling in limbs, Encapsulated Breast Implants Prevention, Post Liposuction Massage, Lymphatic Drainage.

- This is NOT a full body massage!
