Jared Ruban, owner/founder of Body Plus LLC, is a Master Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer specializing in Pain Management, Medical Massage, Holistic Healing, Stability and Strength Training.

As a Massage Therapist, Jared is best known for his ability to relieve chronic pain, in many cases, permanently. In addition, Jared also has his Signature Massage combining many modalities spanning the globe as well as Zen Shiatsu and Traditional Thai yoga massage.

As a Personal Trainer, Jared has over two decades studying martial arts, physical fitness and nutrition. His approach to fitness is designing a program based first on the clients needs, then wants. Together you will then implement a routine designed to achieve maximum and realistic results in the shortest period of time.
